r., has announced his retirement on social media.
Smith played college football in Utah and was the third round draft pick for the Carolina Panthers.
Steven Smith became a member of the Ravens in 2014.
The five (5) time Pro Browl and three (3) time All-Pro athlete announced his plans to retire in December of 2016.
