Access Unlocked Thursday December 8, 2016 Officials have charged two (2) juveniles with arson, which lead to the death of fourteen (14) people and the injury of one hundred and thirty (130) others.
The incident took place in Tennessee which also impacted the Great Smoky Mountains.
More than one thousand (1000) people in two (2) towns were evacuated due to the incident.
The names of the minors will not be released.
